We’re half way through Jan and it’s fair to say our willpower is slowly diminishing when it comes to sticking to those new years resolutions we made a mere two weeks ago. We hear you, the intentions were there, but life just gets in the way. So let’s welcome carbs back into our lives, cancel that gym membership and save those resolutions for 2019…
Expectation – time to buy shares in salad leaves
Reality – ate salad for dinner, mostly croutons and tomatoes. Actually it was one big round crouton covered with tomato sauce and cheese…I ate pizza.
Expectation – *books 30 gym classes for the first week of January*
Reality – the gym is dangerous. I’ll play it safe and watch Friends on Netflix for the 4000th time.
Expectation – if I only spend $50 a week and buy no clothes, I will have $10,000 in savings by the end of the year.
