The 70’s are back!
Sure, you have your own style – but which 70’s style icon do you take inspiration from?
Farrah Fawcett: Famous for the ‘Farrah Flick’ and wearing buttoned-down shirts, high-waisted denim flares and of course that one piece red swimsuit.
Bianca Jagger: The Nicaraguan socialite married Rolling Stone Mick Jagger in a white suit by Savile Row tailor Tommy Nutter. She was known for her unique style favouring wide-lapel suits, fancy furs and blouses unbuttoned to her navel.
Joni Mitchell: Catwalks have taken inspiration from Mitchell’s seventies earth goddess hippie chic. Most known for her laid back nature of dressing with her stick – straight hair, affinity for flowing dresses and no make-up beauty routine.
Stevie Nicks: Best known for her work with Fleetwood Mac, Stevie embraced the 70’s with fringed shawls, flowing chiffon frocks, flares, denim and suede boots.
Joan Jett: Picture tones of leather, tight pants, tattoos, and, of course, that jet black mullet.
